In this performance, we talked about and showed the absurd changes that had occurred in Georgia at that time. We presented miniature versions of golden fountains that popped up in large quantities in many Georgian cities, showed the road map of newly renovated streets in Tbilisi, where we marked large holes in asphalt, and let people taste the real juice of khinkali, which was also the name of our performance duo. Khinkali is a Georgian national dish. Once you bite these meat dumplings, you have to make sure not to spill the juice. The performance was done in the style of a small market stand and at the end, presented goods were offered for sale.
