In the multi-media performance called Maiden – Divorced – Spinster, we were dealing with gender issues in Georgian society. Here we wanted to address the stereotypes and roles given to Georgian women and subvert them. Among other issues, we drew our attention to the role of media in forming the stereotypes, which in our opinion, did not apply to reality and discouraged the development of women’s real abilities.
