Self-Portrait as Architecture

2002

Medium: Ink, pencil, collage on paper

Dimensions: Various

Location: Gallery Lambert Tegenbosch, Heusden, the Netherlands

The series of drawings titled Self-Portrait as Architecture was made especially for the gallery, where the exhibition took place. These drawings could work as a continuation of each other and also as singular pieces. Body parts and architecture make up the main theme of these layered drawings. They convey the feeling of a small body being lost in a maze of abstract structures.
